1. Open your .PCB design files in Altium designer software. Select "File -> Fabrication Outputs -> Gerber software".
2. On tabs go to "General". Set the "Units" and the "Format" according to the picture.
3. On the "Layers" tab select everything you want to export in the "Plot" column and deselect everything you want to exclude in the "Mirror" column. (You can do this with one button in the dropdown menus on the bottom of the window.)
Uncheck everything in "Mechanical Layers".
4. Copy the settings from the "Drill Drawing" tab.
6. On the "Advanced" tab configure everything according to the picture then press "OK".
7. The files will be automatically loaded into the Altium CAM viewer. This allows you to check whether all the layers have been generated correctly.
Go to "File -> Export -> Gerber" to export the Gerber files.
8. Fill in the next window according to the picture, then press "OK".
Generating NC Drill File
1. Go to "File -> Fabrication Outputs -> NC Drill Files"
2. In the "NC Drill Setup" setup window everything according to the picture then press "OK".
3. The generated files will be loaded in the Altium CAM viewer automatically. This allows you to check if all the settings are good.
Go to "File -> Export -> Gerber" to export the drill file. Check everything in the pop-up window according to the picture and press "OK".
Check the extensions of every generated file according to the table below. Rename them if necessary. After that, put them in a ZIP and then upload it to the Nyákfutár's order site.
