Stencil is used to mask the PCB when applying the solder paste before reflow soldering.
The stencil can be cut correctly if the Gerber files contain the solder mask layer. The extension of the required Gerber files are .GTP and .GBP. In absence of the layer the stencil is prepared with automatic methods. In this case we do not take responsibility for the inaccuracy of the stencils.
The stencil thickness is 0.15 mm. The thickness may be thinner if our colleagues think it is better for the application.

The compact stencil is a 200 mm x 190 mm big piece, that comes without framework.

The four options are
The Top+Bottom (on single stencil) option will place the pattern of the bottom layer and the top layer next to each other, on one stencil. ATTENTION: The valid area has to be twice the size in this case.
The Top option will place the pattern of the top layer of the board on one stencil.
The Bottom option will place the pattern of the bottom layer of the board on one stencil.
The Top+Bottom (on separate stencils) will place the pattern of the bottom layer and the top layer.
Electropolishing, also called BGA plating, is highly recommended for boards with BGAs or ICs with pin to pin spacing that is less thanequal to 0.5mm. The process will help the paste detach from the fine stencil apertures.
Fiducial marks are alignment marks for surface mount assembly machines. Generally, these are a must for machine operation. Not necessary if the parts are places by hand.
You can choose from three different production time options:
Express - Your order will be made as soon as possible
Normal - To optimize your costs, we put different orders in one batch arriving in the same week and launch their production together
Economical - We try to produce your order at the lowest possible cost, thus reducing your expenses.
The expected production time is depending on the actual load. You can find the expected production time in a separate field.
The estimated production time depends on several factors. Typical factors are:

PCB color
Selected production mode
We try to do our best to keep the production time in place, but it may happen that production may slip for reasons beyond our control.
